Shipping & Returns

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the products purchased, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the product you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction from our products, clients have the liberty to cancel their orders and request a refund from us. 

Shipping Policy

We offer Shipping across India.*
 

  • Shipment processing time:

    All orders are processed the same day. Orders are shipped by next day. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a day or two. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via telephone. We depend upon third party logistics/couriers to accomplish the delivery of goods. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. 

     

  • Lost in shipping:

    A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 21 business days. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.

 

    

  • Order confirmation & Order tracking:

    You will receive an order confirmation once you've successfully placed your order, and would also be notified once the order is out for delivery.

 

  • Damages:

    In event of any damage to the products while shipping, it will be taken care of on immediate basis, no shipping damage requests will be entertained after the day of delivery. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before lodging a shipping damage complaint.

  • International Shipping Policy:

    We currently do not ship outside India.

Return & Refund Policy

If the product delivered to you is defective or damaged, please return it to us for a full refund. We makes every effort to ensure products arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event of a product coming damaged, customers should contact us within three days of receipt and return the package within seven days for a replacement or refund.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.

In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund.

Cancellation Policy

For Cancellations please contact us via the contact us link / email / phone. 

You may cancel your order before it is marked shipped. Once it is shipped from our end, we may not be able to cancel your order. In this case, you are free to refuse the order when it arrives. In both cases, we will issue a full refund, and the same will be credited back to the original source of payment. The refund may take 9-10 working days to reflect in your bank/credit card account. However, it depends on your bank policies.
